For corrosive, hazardous, or difficult to handle fluids with guaranteed performance
Liquiflo gear
pumps, which can be
supplied in a variety of materials and sizes,
are particularly suited to metering applications where the
combination of pulse-free flows and small volumes are
important.
The Liquiflo
gear pump range offers you a choice
of over 22 different pump sizes, covering four types of
pumps; the 3 Series, 4 Series, H Series, and the H2-Mini Pump. The 4
Series
magnetically coupled pump is capable of
flows up to 3 gpm and a maximum of
270 psi and is designed to be close-coupled
to IEC71, 145TC, and 56C frame motors. The 3
Series, supplied either as magnetically coupled or
conventionally sealed, delivers
flows up to 55 gpm and a maximum of
270 psi. The H Series, available
as magnetically coupled or
conventionally sealed, is capable of flows up to 27 gpm and a
maximum of 350 psi.
The key hydraulic
features include, pulse-less flows, low NPSH,
high metering accuracy from 0.5 to
2.0%, self-priming, low flow with high
head on thin fluids (0.3cps) and
ability to transfer high viscosity fluids
(up to 100,000cps). Liquiflo pumps meet
the critical demands of safety and
reliability with features such as highly
corrosive resistant materials and rugged
construction, while the magnetic drive designs eliminate
the potential for leakages as there
are no shaft seals to maintain.
Liquiflo gear pumps are available in a wide choice of materials,
housings can be supplied in 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C
276 and Titanium.
Internal components can be specified in
special materials,
such as PEEK, Teflon, silicon carbide,
tungsten carbide, carbon, or Ryton.
Specific applications include pumping molten sulfur
as part of a sulfuric acid
manufacturing process, taking samples of
hydrocarbon including crude oil to feed
through analyzers, pumping boiling
solvents from distillation columns, pumping
hydrochloric acid on metering applications in pulp and paper
mills and pumping photographic
chemicals and emulsions in the
production of photographic film and paper.

Centry Series
magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps
are engineered and manufactured for the user with
increased needs for equipment reliability and where
sealing, safety or maintenance are concerns. These pumps
are specifically designed to handle the lower flow
applications that create maintenance problems for ANSI
magnetically coupled pumps operating at less than (BEP) to
meet flow requirements. |

Endura MC and
Endura MCHT
magnetically coupled ANSI pumps are engineered and
manufactured for equipment reliability where sealing,
safety or maintenance are a concern. These pumps are
specifically designed to handle the most demanding
applications, the ones that create most of your ANSI pump
problems. |
