Manufacturers

ELRO

ELRO - The IP Range of peristaltic pumps are capable of a dry suction lift of up to 9.5m, the excellent suction lift ability stemming from the near full vacuum achieved within the pump hose during operation. The sealed and lubricated pump housing ensures tolerance for dry running, critical in the transfer of liquid/gas mixtures. Flow rate is easily varied simply by regulating the speed of rotation.

GRI

GRI - Non-metallic metering and low flow pumps, bellows, peristaltic, oscillating, centrifugal, sealed and seal-less pumps. GRI has both positive displacement and centrifugal designs. The pumps are oriented toward the OEM market, but are very popular with standard end user applications.

Iwaki

Iwaki - Non-metallic mag-drive centrifugal pumps. Iwaki is the largest horizontal non-metallic, seal-less pump manufacturer in the world, with designs to handle applications from very low flow to 380 gpm and heads to 250 ft. Iwaki pumps are manufactured to resist any type of chemical attack and ensure your process purity. Standard or ANSI design is available with ETFE, PFA, of PP components, featuring true dry run capability with long or close coupled configurations.

Lutz Jesco

Lutz Jesco - Precision low and high flow metering pumps/systems, Jesco offers a complete line of magnetically, mechanically, hydraulically actuated positive displacement chemical metering pumps, which are designed to satisfy challenging applications. Chemical feed systems are either pre-engineered or built to the customers’ specifications.

Liquiflo

Liquiflo - Alloy & non-metallic gear & centrifugal pumps, Alloy & non-metallic gear & centrifugal pumps, sealed, seal-less and packed design. Liquiflo has provided controlled metering gear pumps for 30 years to all areas of municipalities, industry and OEMs. Because of Liquiflo’s commitment to quality and manufacturing expertise, they have been the selected pump for more than 80% of all metering applications. Virtually all alloy’s are available with multiple materials of components to provide the correct product to successfully handle even your most critical application of high temperature/viscosity, low temperature/viscosity, hazardous material or just guaranteed performance. The ENDURA product line of seal-less horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to excel in the situations where standard mag drive pumps find difficulty, either in sub ANSI or standard ANSI sizes and multiple alloy availability.

MTH

MTH - Regenerative Turbine Pumps, Canned Seal-less Centrifugal pumps, Refrigeration and Absorption Pumps—For more than 50 years MTH pumps have been manufactured for all applications throughout industry and commercial with flows up to 150 gpm under a variety of pressures. All MTH pumps are available in either sealed or seal-less design and a number of different alloys. The canned, seal-less centrifugal, refrigeration (ammonia) and absorption pumps are available for capacities to 8,000 gpm and heads to over 700 ft. and are used in virtually every application: high temperature, reverse circulation, jacketed, slurry, self, priming, chemical transfer/unloading, and low NPSH. The MTH design offers leak proof and explosion proof models, no external lubrication, compact design with integral bearing wear indicators, and rotation detectors.

PeriFlo

PeriFlo - PeriFlo peristaltic pumps are peristaltic hose pumps for a wide variety of applications and a number of different industries. PeriFlo offers both lubricated-shoe and roller-style pump designs, and all PeriFlo pumps feature the modern, compact, space-saving direct-coupled arrangement.

Randolph Austin

Randolph Austin - Randolph Austin peristaltic pumps are ideally suited for numerous applications where the handling of corrosives, abrasives, sterile solutions, gases and powders is a problem. The pump design eliminates all contact of pump parts with the materials being transferred. A flexible tube passes through the pump body where it is alternately compressed by a set of rotating rollers, resulting in a flow of material through the tube.

Roper

Roper - Roper gear pumps, sealed and seal-less are available in cast iron, stainless steel, or aluminum housings. Roper has been manufacturing these heavy duty gear pumps for over 140 years. The pumps are general purpose pumps for mixing, blending, recirculating, and fixed and mobile transfer of liquids. Flows for the different sealed and seal-less models range to 340 gpm, discharge pressures to 300 psi and viscosities to 20,000 ssu. Close coupled and long mounted configurations are available.

Sonitec

Sonitec - High efficiency sub-micron side stream and RO filtration systems. Sonitec systems are easily installed and provide filtration 10-20 times finer than traditional sand filters by using a unique concept that combines centrifugal separation and ultra-fine sand filtration. Sonitec eliminates over 95% of all particulates to sub-micron size, creating energy saving and efficiency, reduced maintenance, providing longer equipment life and reducing chemical usage and the opportunity for Legionella.

Vanton

Vanton - Engineered thermoplastic centrifugal, rotary, and sump pumps and thermoplastic flow systems for corrosive, abrasive, hazardous, and ultrapure fluids. For more than 50 years, Vanton has provided solutions to some of the most difficult applications for municipalities and industry by safely and dependably pumping process fluids or waste streams of mixed chemicals without worrying about corrosion or metallic contamination. Horizontal and vertical heavy duty thermoplastic pumps with flows to over 1,400 gpm, Vanton pumps are 10 times more abrasion resistant that stainless steel and 5 times more abrasion resistant than FRP.

Webster

Webster - Non-metallic vertical seal-less immersible and sealed horizontal centrifugal pumps in polypropylene, CPVC, and PVDF. Webster pumps feature fully enclosed motors and non-metallic construction so that no metal parts come in contact with corrosive chemicals. Dependable and cost effective, Webster pumps can handle applications ranging from 5 gpm to over 100 gpm with heads to 140 ft.
