Positive Displacement Pumps

Crane

Crane - IP Elro Peristaltic Pump. The patented ‘Hose-in-Hose’ vacuum system of the ELRO pump incorporated in the IP Range design enhances the inherent peristaltic pumping benefits offered by conventional peristaltic pump design. Suction lift and overall performance are improved and the ‘Hose-in-Hose’system also offers early warning of an imminent hose failure as a result of normal hose wear.

The IP Range of pumps are capable of a dry suction lift of up to 31 ft, the excellent suction lift ability stemming from the near full vacuum achieved within the pump hose during operation. The sealed and lubricated pump housing ensures tolerance for dry running, critical in the transfer of liquid/gas mixtures. Flow rate is easily varied simply by regulating the speed of rotation.

GRI

GRI - Non-metallic metering and low flow pumps, bellows, peristaltic, oscillating, centrifugal, sealed and seal-less pumps. GRI has both positive displacement and centrifugal designs. The pumps are oriented toward the OEM market, but are very popular with standard end user applications.

  • Bellows metering pumps
  • Oscillating pumps
  • Peristaltic pumps
  • Nutating pumps
  • Centrifugal sealed & mag-drive

Liquiflo

Liquiflo - Alloy & non-metallic gear & centrifugal pumps, sealed & seal-less. Virtually all alloy’s are available with multiple materials of components to provide the correct product to successfully handle even your most critical application of high temperature/viscosity, low temperature/viscosity, hazardous material or just guaranteed performance. The ENDURA product line of seal-less horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to excel in the situations where standard mag drive pumps find difficulty, either in sub ANSI or standard ANSI sizes and multiple alloy availability.

Randolph Austin

Randolph Austin - Peristaltic Pumps. These peristaltic pumps are ideally suited for numerous applications up to about 20 psi discharge, where the handling of corrosives, abrasives, sterile solutions, gases and powders is a problem. The pump design eliminates all contact of pump parts with the materials being transferred. A flexible tube passes through the pump body where it is alternately compressed by a set of rotating rollers, resulting in a flow of material through the tube.

Roper

Roper - Gear Pumps, Sealed & Seal-less, Progressing Cavity Pumps. These pumps are available in cast iron, stainless steel, or aluminum housings. Roper has been manufacturing these heavy duty gear pumps for over 140 years. The pumps are general purpose pumps for mixing, blending, recirculating, and fixed and mobile transfer of liquids. Flows for the different sealed and seal-less models range to 340 gpm, discharge pressures to 300 psi and viscosities to 20,000 ssu. Close coupled and long mounted configurations are available.

Vanton

Vanton - Engineered thermoplastic centrifugal, rotary, and sump pumps and thermoplastic flow systems for corrosive, abrasive, hazardous, and ultra-pure fluids. For more than 50 years, Vanton has provided solutions to some of the most difficult applications for municipalities and industry by safely and dependably pumping process fluids or waste streams of mixed chemicals without worrying about corrosion or metallic contamination. Horizontal and vertical heavy duty thermoplastic pumps with flows to over 1,400 gpm, Vanton pumps are 10 times more abrasion resistant that stainless steel and 5 times more abrasion resistant than FRP.
